You will provide in-depth tax advice, then provide written summaries of solutions to customers. I've used TurboTax for about 20 years without a problem. Last year (2018 tax season) I had problems with it crashing. A call to customer service led to having to uninstall it and download all new products. This year, I'm on my THIRD call on my first day working with it. The software has crashed at least 40 times and this is a simple tax return. Up to $20 off with TurboTax service codes and coupons.
